"Doesn’t Leak in My Bag"
I toss my Brumate in my bag pretty much every day, and so far it hasn’t leaked at all. I’m usually expecting cups like this to spill eventually if they’re getting bounced around, but the lid stays tight and I’ve stopped worrying about it making a mess

"Works Okay, But I’d Probably Skip It"
It does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain too much there. But I kept thinking, for the price, I expected something a little more impressive. Like, it works fine — and maybe that’s enough for some people, but I found myself wondering why I paid that much when there are probably cheaper options that do basically the same thing. Not terrible, just not really worth the money in my opinion

"Order was mostly right, but customer service was a hassle"
My order arrived quickly and the main item was what I ordered, so that was good. But one of the colors was different from what I picked, which was kind of annoying. I contacted customer service and they were okay, but I kept getting transferred around before anyone actually helped me. It wasn’t a huge issue in the end, but I do wish they’d double-check orders better before shipping them out

It looks really nice, but cleaning it has been more annoying than I expected. The lid has these little spots where gunk gets stuck, so I end up having to spend extra time scrubbing it out. For something I’d use every day, it just feels like extra work I don’t really want to deal with.

"Great Support, Shipping Updates Could Be Better!!"
Had a little issue with my order, but support got back to me fast and fixed everything without much hassle!! I really appreciated that. The only thing is, I wish the shipping updates were a bit clearer... I kept checking and wasn’t totally sure what was going on at times!!

"Easy to take everywhere"
I picked this up for work and short road trips, and it’s been really nice to use day to day. It feels comfortable in my hand and doesn’t have that bulky, awkward feel some cups have, which makes a bigger difference than I expected.
It slips into my bag without any hassle, and I’ve ended up reaching for it way more than I thought I would. One of those things you don’t really think about much after buying, which is usually a good sign.

I mostly ended up buying from brumate because the designs just looked better than the other cups I was looking at. The color options are actually cute and not the same boring basics you see everywhere. Mine looks really nice on my desk, and it feels like something I actually want to carry around. It’s a small thing, but it really does make a difference. Did anyone else have the same issue where other cups just felt kind of plain?

My order just kind of sat there for days. No updates, nothing really happening. Then it finally showed up late, which was annoying. The cup itself was fine once it arrived, no real complaints there. Just the delivery part was frustrating.

I got this BrüMate cup mainly for iced coffee and water, nothing fancy. The big thing for me is it doesn’t make everything taste like metal, which some cups definitely do and it’s kind of gross.
I tried it with a canned drink too, and after washing it out, it didn’t hang onto the smell or anything. Same with coffee, like I didn’t open it the next day and get that old coffee stink, so that’s a win.
It’s basic in the best way. Drinks taste how they’re supposed to taste, it cleans up fine, and I’m not fighting weird leftover flavors. That’s really all I wanted.

"I’ve been happy with my Brumate cup…"
I’ve been happy with my Brumate cup overall. To be fair, the lid fits really snug and I haven’t dealt with much leaking at all, which is a big plus. The straw is simple to use and easy to clean too. My only small complaint is that the straw can feel a little loose if I’m carrying the cup around or moving it a lot. It doesn’t ruin the cup by any means, and it still works well for everyday use, but I think taking off one star for that is reasonable.

"Keeps my desk dry, finally"
I picked this up mostly because my old cup was constantly leaving those annoying water rings all over my desk. This one has been a lot better with condensation, even when I leave ice water sitting there for a while... which I definitely do more than I should.
The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is that the lid took me a little time to get used to. Not a huge deal though, and overall I’m still really happy with it

"Nice cup, just smaller than I expected"
The cup looks nice and works fine, so I don’t really have any complaints there. The weird part is, from the pictures I thought it was going to hold more. It’s fine for coffee or shorter trips, but I end up refilling it more often than I expected. Not a bad cup at all, I just wish the capacity had been a little clearer.

"Simple exchange and quick fix"

"Better Than I Thought It’d Be"
I picked up a BrüMate mainly to use at work, i wasn’t expecting a huge difference from other cups I’ve had. But the temperature control has been better than I thought. I’ll put ice in my drink in the morning, and there’s still some left hours later, even if it’s been sitting in my car for a bit. Hot drinks stay warm for a decent amount of time too, not all day or anything, but definitely long enough for my commute and the first part of my morning. Overall, I’m happy with it so far.

"Nice cup, but the finish didn’t hold up"
I have mixed feelings about this one. I actually really like the cup itself, it feels good to use and does the job, but the outside started showing scuffs and scratches after only a few uses. I didn’t drop it or treat it rough, so that was frustrating. For the price, I expected the finish to hold up a bit better.

"Warranty claim was just okay"
So... I had to file a warranty claim for my Brumate cup because the lid started leaking. They did end up replacing it, which I appreciated, but the whole thing took a bit longer than I expected and the replies were slow. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I was hoping

"Kept Finding Things I Liked, But They Were Sold Out"
I was actually excited while browsing because I kept spotting things I really liked. I’d click on something thinking, “Yep, that’s the one,” only to find out it was out of stock. After that happened a few times, it got a little frustrating. The selection looked great, but most of the stuff I wanted wasn’t available.
